Terms of
service.

The agreement between you and Yakusoku — written so you can actually read it. The short version: use it well, your content is yours, and we’ll do right by you.

01

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Yakusoku — the wedding planning workspace operated by Yakusoku Pty Ltd from Australia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

If you’re using Yakusoku on behalf of a planning studio or other organisation, you’re confirming that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

02

Your account

You need to be at least sixteen years old to hold an account. Keep your sign-in credentials private — you’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that’s being used to violate these terms.

03

Your content

The content you put into your planner — guests, budgets, vendors, photos, messages — is yours. You give us the limited permission we need to host it, display it back to you, and share it with the collaborators and guests you direct us to.

You’re responsible for the content you upload, including getting consent from the people whose details you record.

04

Acceptable use

Don’t use Yakusoku to break the law, send spam, infringe someone’s rights, or harm the service or other users. Don’t try to circumvent our security, scrape the platform, or resell access without our permission.

05

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

If something goes wrong on our side, reach us through the contact form — we’ll make it right.

06

Changes to the service

We’re a small team, building. Features will arrive, evolve, and occasionally retire. Material changes that affect a feature you rely on will be announced ahead of time.

07

Warranty disclaimer

Yakusoku is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09

Termination

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. On termination we’ll keep your data accessible for export for thirty days, then delete it.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Victoria.

11

Contact

Reach us through the contact form with any questions about these terms.
