- What is Yakusoku?
- Yakusoku is a wedding planning application for couples and professional wedding planners. It brings the guest list, RSVPs, budget, vendor directory, seating chart, timeline, and menu planning into one workspace — made in Melbourne, priced in Australian dollars.
- How much does Yakusoku cost?
- Every account starts with a free 7-day trial — no card required. After that, Starter is A$19 per month and Complete is A$39 per month, billed only until your wedding day. All plans include unlimited guests, unlimited tasks, and access for both partners.
- Can my guests RSVP online?
- Yes. Yakusoku gives you a shareable RSVP website, and every reply — attendance, dietary notes, plus-ones — syncs straight into your guest list the moment it lands.
- Does Yakusoku work for professional wedding planners?
- It does. Planners manage every client wedding from a single console, with a white-label portal that carries your studio’s wordmark, reusable timeline and budget templates, and per-client billing and documents.
- Where is my wedding data stored?
- On managed infrastructure in Australia. Traffic is encrypted in transit, backups are encrypted at rest, and your planner stays private to you and the collaborators you invite — we don’t sell or trade your data.
- What happens to my planner after the wedding?
- Every plan includes lifetime read-only access, so your guest list, budget, and timeline remain yours to revisit. On the Complete plan, your guests’ photo gallery stays up for 12 months after the day.
